      <image:caption>You could say I'm an Adventurer and a Nomad at heart!  I come from a family that loved to camp and RV around the US in my formative years.  When I got married, my husband happened to be in the Air Force.  Not only did we spend four years in Bitburg, Germany, but we had several duty stations in the US.  Once out of the military, we found ourselves moving around to different states and giving our children a small taste of the nomad life.  It was a natural progression, once we became empty-nesters to sell it all (our home, toys and household stuff) and live full time on the road.  This is also the point where I left the corporate world and took my HR freelancing business on the road As I often say, my home may be tiny, but my backyard is huge!  AND best of all, the scenery out of my office window is gorgeous and ever changing! We travel around the US with our two french bulldogs - Lucy &amp; Rikki - who keep us on our toes and entertained all the time.   Because I travel, wifi and cellular service are very important to me in order to connect regularly with my clients.  I utilize cell phone, email, text and zoom or google meetings to stay in touch.  With Covid-19, many businesses are now allowing employees to work remote and at the same time, many HR needs can be fulfilled by virtual/remote HR specialists.
